This educational program will introduce teens to the thrills of rock climbing and rappelling. Rock climbing is a superb vehicle to promote personal growth and self-discovery by challenging individuals physically and mentally. It is also an excellent catalyst for inter-personal skill development that includes patience, empathy, encouragement, trust, cooperation and teamwork.
Discover the adventure of learning to rock climb and rappel in the world renown, Skaha Bluffs of Penticton. Teens learn the basics to safely belay, climb and rappel with their friends for the day. We provide most everything, so students need only arrive with a packsack, lunch, water, appropriate shoes and clothing.
