Registration Information

We reserve on a first-to-pay basis. To secure your course date, please send your cheque or money order for the full amount (plus 5% GST) or call 250-493-1765 with your credit card to register by phone. We will confirm your registration by phone or e-mail and forward your pre-course information package.

Payment:

1. Mail in payment - cheque or money orders are accepted for the full amount (plus 5% GST) and must be made payable to Skaha Rock Adventures Ltd. and mailed to:

2. Phone in payment - We accept both Visa and Mastercard for the full amount (plus 5% GST) Please call 250-493-1765.

Booking Conditions
1. Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to their course date will receive course refunds minus $50 administration fee or transfer of course fee to another date.
2. Cancellations within 10 days prior to course date will receive a 75% course credit towards another course date (non-transferable – conditions apply).
3. Cancellations within 2 days (48 hours) prior to course date will receive no refunds or course credits.
4. All applicants must sign an assumption of risk and waiver of liability agreement. Those under the age of 19 years must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the waiver.
5. All applicants must report potential medical problems to Skaha Rock Adventures Ltd. prior to course date.
6. Skaha Rock Adventures Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a course at their discretion and a full refund or alternate date will be offered. Participation in any of our programs is continually subject to the discretion of our staff.
