Russ - just a quick note to say what an awesome course on the weekend. I had a great time as Sheila is an exceptional instructor. There were times when I was so scared to step off the wall but Sheila handled everything so well, slightly pushing me to do it but also giving me enough time to make my own mind to step off the wall when I was rappelling. As well, I fell pretty confident in what I learned about anchors and how to check through every time I was setting an anchor or getting ready to climb or rappelling on the weekend!! It was great to have Sheila as an instructor as it was an awesome experience!!
