Multi-Pitch Traditional Lead Climbing enables you to embark on adventureous journeys and discover the rewards of climbing in multi-pitch terrain. New travel options to include multi-pitch crag climbing in Squamish, BC or Red Rocks, Nevada become your new reality. This course is ideal for climbers with some previous placement protection lead climbing experience who would like to take their skills to the next level. Depending on your current knowledge base, you'll have the opportunity to review placement protection, single and multi-directional placement protection anchors, multi-pitch lead strategies, lead and top-down belays, natural retreat anchors, advanced rappel systems and basic rescue techniques. You can compliment this course by becoming proficient at self-rescue by registering into our Rock Rescue program.
